ABOUT US

Fitness Underground was built in the Marks' basement, literally underground. What started out as a small group of like-minded folks getting a great workout in a residential basement, slowly grew by word-of-mouth reccomendations into a large community of fitness and friendship enthusiasts. So large that the basement could no longer contain it. Fitness Underground has since moved above ground to 149 South Briggs Street right next to Cristos. The location changed, but the name, great workouts, and community has stayed the same.
