ACTIVE W/ ASH ONLINE
The online version started back in March of 2020 because we couldn't open our brick and mortar facility and we wanted to provide something to folks who couldn't visit gyms in their typical fashion. The response has been amazing and here we are now continuing to offer this format over a year later. While classes are recorded and can be taken anytime, see our current virtual LIVE schedule below:
Mondays, 6 AM
FULL BODY HIIT
Jumpstart the week with a full body workout combining cardio intervals with strength intervals. You won’t miss a body part in this workout and will leave feeling ready to conquer your week!
Tuesday, 6 AM
LOWER BODY STRENGTH
All about the booty and legs on Tuesdays. Whether you are working with heavy weights or bodyweight, our high rep strength workouts will get your heart pumping and muscles burning in the best way!
Wednesdays, (not live)
BONUS - 10-MINUTE ABS
Wednesdays are for rest and abs. A 10-minute ab workout will hit all angles of your abs! This workout is great for rest day or to add into cardio or save as a finisher for one of our other workouts!
Thursdays, 6 AM
UPPER BODY STRENGTH
We combine exercises and intervals to get a well-rounded upper body workout on Thursdays. Upper body day is focused more on strength than cardio, but still gets your heart rate up!
Fridays, 5 AM
CARDIO & CORE
Wrap up the week with a high intensity workout combining core work with heart pumping cardio intervals. Fun Friday is the name of the game and those endorphins will carry you into the weekend!
Saturdays, 7 AM
BONUS - FULL BODY HIIT
For the weekend warriors who love to start the weekend with a sweat! Saturday’s full-body workouts are loaded with fun and energy.
